Policies

Sign Production:

Sign production begins once payment has cleared and orders are processed in the order received.  Product dimensions are approximate by 0.5 inches; the dimensions in the item listing includes the frame unless otherwise noted.  Each sign is made from real birch wood; therefore each will have unique colors, textures, knots, and character marks varying from piece to piece. Please keep that in mind when placing an order as each sign will have its own unique one of kind finish.  Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.  Coupon codes are not valid on custom orders unless approved by shop.  We have the right to cancel your transaction if this policy is violated.

Shipping:

Most signs take 2-4 weeks to be made and shipped.  The only exception is in stock items which will ship 2-3 days after purchase date.  We do our best to complete orders as quickly as time allows.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification by email.  All signs are shipped via USPS based on current shipping prices to anywhere in the US from Georgia.  Please keep in mind that all signs are made of wood and weight can vary depending on size. Currently, we do not ship internationally.  

Refunds and Exchanges:

The following items can not be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged:
*Custom or personalized orders
*Sale items
For items to be considered for return, buyer must email a refund request within 24 hours of delivery. If granted, items must be shipped back to shop address within 2 days of receiving approval for return.
*Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

On CUSTOM or PERSONALIZED orders if there is a spelling error or some other type of mistake that was made by us, contact us and we will make it right.  If you made an error when submitting information to me, please contact us and we will do our best to correct it, but there is no guarantee.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.  If you are not, please email us about a refund or exchange.  It is possible, we may refund the cost of the sign(s) minus shipping cost plus the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.  *see above
